About Nina

The connection between body and mind sparked my curiosity during my early adult life. I played sports as a child and had a passion for movement. It wasn’t until I started university that I began to wonder  about the connection between the physical body and the mental space. When I began moving my body more mindfully through the practices of yoga & pilates, I quickly found that they were methods of movement to create a better connection with our bodies & overall health. These practices are a form of movement medicine for the modern body & mind. They allow us to connect to present moment awareness and move with confidence & ease.
